Though exercise can seem intimidating for beginners, here are some simple tips to get you started.

Overall, exercise is beneficial in all aspects. It can help prevent depression and anxiety while also promoting better sleeping habits.

1. Park a little farther and take the stairs to ensure you get your steps in for the day.​

2. Change your diet and make healthier nutrition choices. This can help lead you to being more conscious of your exercise habits.

3. Do not get discouraged if you do not see results right away. It takes time to reach goals.

4. Pick an exercise routine that works well with your schedule. The goal is at least 30 minutes per day and splitting it to 3x per day for 10 minutes has the same effect. 

Exercise is good for everyone, this includes children, adults, and pregnant women.
