Feeling Tired?

A strong connection has proven to exist between physical exercise and sleep.

While past studies have suggested that exercise should be avoided because it inhibits and disturbs sleep, recent ones have contradicted this idea.

Data has shown that 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical exercise has the best effect in sleep patterns, so keep this in mind if you're ever having trouble sleeping!

What Are The Benefits?

Exercise is a good idea regardless of the situation, but it also has shown to come with many positive effects involving sleep:

  • Helps with insomnia

  • Provides longer sleep duration and better sleep quality

  • Decreases restlessness during sleep

  • Less time to fall asleep

  • Increased sleep efficiency
